Bill Diggons holds a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering degree from Cornell University (1978).
His 20-year field engineering, sales, marketing and management career with Schlumberger spanned wireline logging, testing, seismic, drilling, completion and production technologies.
In 1998 he became the upstream solution architect for SAP and helped establish their enterprise resource planning technology in exploration and production, and oilfield service, equipment and supply companies.
In 2000 he joined Halliburton Landmark Graphics to serve as marketing director for capital planning and portfolio management technologies.
In 2001 he founded Qittitut Consulting, a global oil and gas growth strategy firm with projects in 48 countries.
In 2016 he joined FOROIL as Executive Vice President for FOROIL's growing worldwide customer base. Based in Houston, he also serves as Managing Partner of the Qittitut Consulting network of management, technical and commercial consultants, and he is a member of the AAPG, SPE and SEG. He has been honored as a member of the Omega Association for his contributions to the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
